Music is my therapy. I wrote this song while deeply struggling with anxiety. Mental health awareness is vital during this challenging time. I sincerely hope this song is able to soothe your soul, even just for a moment, like it has for mine. Despite how vulnerable I feel sharing this personal song with the world, if it connects with just one of you - it's all worth it.
